Welcome to Ravera Ragdolls... We are a small cattery near Wollongong on the south coast of NSW. I fell in love with the Ragdoll, years ago while watching a TV programme "Burkes Backyard". They road tested the breed. These cats have a laid back nature and their loving and devoted temperament makes them an ideal companion. They are known as the dog of the cat world due to an ongoing devotion to their owners. Ragdolls are great with children, tolerant of other pets and have an easy care coat. At Ravera Ragdolls, we choose to breed traditional style Ragdolls. We aim to breed the best of quality and temperament. In doing this, we believe the Ragdoll breed can continue to be enjoyed and loved by many.
Our kittens, in their first few months, are well socialised before they go to their new home. Our babies are born and raised in our living room in a family environment with children, which allows them to become accustomed to all the constant cuddles and playtime that they are sure to receive with their new families. Our kittens are ready for their new homes at around 10-12 weeks of age and are all vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and de-sexed. Ravera Ragdolls is a closed cattery and not open to other cats (visiting by limited appointment only) to ensure the health and well being of all our precious Ragdolls.
