Beef Strogounoff

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

Beef - cut into bite size stripes

Fresh mushrooms

Tomatoe paste - 1 teaspoon

Onion

Sour Cream (light)

Parsely - finely chopped (save some for garnish too)

Red wine - as reqired

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Marinate beef in the red wine before cooking for more tender taste.

Brown meat in a pan with butter

Add onions and mushrrom - cook till soft

mix in tomatoe paste, keep on medium heat.

Add in sour cream and parsley - simmer 5 mins

 

PRESENTATION:

serve with rice or pasta - sprinkle remaining parsley on top
