Prawn Toast

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

Green prawns

bread slices

bacon

cheese

parsley/red caviar/dill (garnish)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

peel prawns but leave tail shell on

cut down prawn tummy to butterfly open

cut crust off bread & cut in half to make rectangle

butter bread, lay prawn on top

small slice bacon on top

slice of cheese on top (shreaded cheese)

deep fry in very hot oil

 

PRESENTATION:

Garnish with parsley/red caviar / dill etc
