Fish Kebabs in coconut milk

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

white fish

coconut milk

lime juice.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Cut fish into cubes

Marinate in lime juice and coconut milk for half hour minimum

Put fish cubes onto skewers (i use bamboo ones)

cook in pan or on BBQ

VARIATION:

I suggest you might like to add - coriander, chilli, thai seasoning to the marinate

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Served on white rice ( i like basmarti rice) with green salad on side.
