This is a Danish dessert. Sort of like the Australian Apple Crumble.

WHAT YOU NEED:

brown sugar

several Green apples

 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Peel Apples and boil till soft. Let cool.

Use pan on warm stove to heat Oats and sugar together till you get a caramel smell.

PRESENTATION:

Place Apples in bowl and top with oats mix. Some whipped cream on top is extra nice.
