Spaghetti Cabonara

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

long spaghetti

diced bacon

3 eggs

300ml thick cream

50g grated parmesan cheese

salt & pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT:

cook spaghetti while preparing the sauce

Put bacon in a pan with olive oil and cook

beat in a bowl eggs, cream, salt & pepper

pour over ham and mix until it thickens but not scramble.

add in grated cheese

Add in the spaghetti

 

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley
