ANZAC BISCUITS

These are made all year but especially on ANZAC Day (April 25th)

WHAT YOU NEED:

125g Butter

1teasp. Golden syrup

1 teasp. baking soda

1 cup SR Flour

1 ½ cups rolled oats

1 cup sugar

1 cup coconut

½ cup chopped nuts

1 egg

pinch salt

 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Melt butter, syrup and baking soda. Mix well with dry ingredients. Mix in egg. Knead for 5 minutes.

Place small balls on greased tray and bake in a moderate oven 10-15 minutes.

 

PRESENTATION:

These are yummy !!
Make your favourite hot drink and relax.
