Week 6 (5 week old)
This week we had our first family day out. We went to
Minnamurra Falls for a walk and picnic lunch. You started to
wear some of the small fit 0000 clothes this week. Weight
4.1kg (9lb) and you started to go 4hrs between some feeds.

Week 7 (6 weeks old)
This week the fun started. Grizzly mornings – you would not go
to sleep some days in the morning at all. You started having
trouble with wind and the occasional projectile vomit. You
started holding you head up for short periods and could turn it from side to side when you were on your tummy. You grabbed Daddy’s chest hair too (ouch) Weight 4.45kg (9lb 15’ )

Week 8 (7 weeks old)
Eyelashes went dark this week - they are long, thick and dark.
Tried orange juice on the dummy today – not bad. You somehow managed to wriggle from your sheepskin rug a foot away on the floor ! You keep shaking off your mitten at night and don’t like being wrapped. You stayed a few hours with Aunty Chris while Daddy and Mummy went out for dinner for Mummy’s birthday. You were a lot calmer this week and feeds increase to 125ml. Weight 4.64kg (10lb 3’)

Week 9 (8 weeks old)
